All products and services offered by My Rosy Creations are delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

Final files are delivered electronically via email or secure file transfer once payment has been completed and confirmed.

Turnaround Times

Project timelines and delivery dates are discussed directly with the designer and clearly outlined within the client contract. Turnaround times are based on the scope of work and the client’s stated deadline.

Designers work efficiently to meet agreed-upon deadlines while maintaining the highest standard of quality. Honest communication regarding availability and scheduling is provided at the start of each project.

In the event of an unforeseen delay, clients will be notified promptly. Where appropriate, accommodations such as adjustments or discounts may be considered. Internal scheduling systems and contingency plans are in place to minimize delays and ensure reliable delivery.
