Refund Policy

At My Rosy Creations, each project involves dedicated time, creative development, and professional expertise. Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.

 

1. Consultation & Booking Fees

All consultation fees and booking payments are non-refundable. These fees compensate for the designer’s time, creative planning, research, and project preparation.If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling changes.

2. Custom Design Projects

Because all design services are custom-created specifically for each client:Refunds are not available once design work has begun.Refunds are not available after concepts, drafts, or proofs have been delivered.Refunds are not available for completed and approved projects.If a project is canceled before any design work has started, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of My Rosy Creations, minus any consultation or administrative fees.

 

3. Revisions & Satisfaction

Client satisfaction is important to us. Projects include agreed-upon revision rounds as outlined in your service agreement. Clear communication during the revision process helps ensure the final product aligns with your expectations.Refunds will not be issued based on subjective preferences once revisions have been provided within the agreed scope of work.

 

4. Digital Delivery

Due to the digital nature of delivered files (including logos, graphics, videos, documents, and marketing materials), refunds cannot be issued once final files have been delivered.All sales are considered final upon delivery of completed digital assets.

 

5. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving design drafts, proofs, or final files may result in suspension of usage rights and potential legal action as outlined in your service agreement.

6. Premade Templates & Instant Download Products

My Rosy Creations may offer premade templates, digital products, or ready-to-use design files through our website or third-party platforms such as Etsy.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of these digital products:

• All template and instant download purchases are non-refundable.

• Refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are not available once the file has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

If you experience a technical issue with accessing your purchased file, please contact us promptly, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue.
