Hi! I am Charlotte Venture. I am a digital Designer and born and raised eclectic music lover.
Born in Dublin, Ireland in June of 2006 of Irish and Italian decsent. I have spent most of my life in the Sarasota–Bradenton Florida area. I graduated from high school in May 2024, and later that year discovered a strong interest in supporting others and applying my creative abilities. This led me toward marketing, design, editing, and production—fields that align closely with my strengths and long‑time hobbies. I hold several school‑earned certificates in editing and design.
My Story
I am a Creative Designer and Digital Marketer with experience in branding, content creation, and strategic social media management. I currently serve as Social Media Manager for Haus Lafa, a Burlesque, Comedy, and Variety Entertainment group, where I manage digital content, update website materials, oversee social platforms, and assist in the creation and production of marketing materials for live shows and events.
Over the years, I have developed a diverse skill set across digital design, marketing strategy, print production, and multimedia editing. I adapt quickly to new tools, platforms, and workflows, allowing me to effectively support small businesses, entrepreneurs, and community initiatives. I have witnessed firsthand how thoughtful marketing and high-quality printed materials can elevate a brand and drive growth.
During high school, I led community volunteer initiatives and served as Secretary and Social Media Coordinator for Key Club. I hold certifications in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Intuit QuickBooks, and I am experienced with Microsoft Word, Publisher, Excel, and Google Workspace applications.
My background in a professional print department further strengthened my expertise in design production and customer service. I assisted clients with creating marketing materials such as cards, posters, and business documents while guiding them toward the most effective print solutions for their needs.
In addition to client work, I enjoy creative multimedia projects, including music video editing, short-form content creation for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, and photo retouching. I also work with writing and content development tools to draft, edit, and refine creative concepts, scripts, and marketing content.
I founded My Rosy Creations with the vision of building a business that empowers others — helping entrepreneurs, creatives, and growing brands transform ideas into impactful digital experiences. My goal is to contribute to a more inclusive and innovative digital marketplace where businesses of all sizes can stand out and thrive.
