Welcome to My Rosy Creations. By accessing this website or purchasing any service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All original designs, graphics, videos, layouts, branding elements, written content, and creative materials produced by My Rosy Creations remain the intellectual property of the designer until full payment has been received and confirmed.

Upon final payment, ownership rights transfer to the client as outlined in the signed service agreement, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any work prior to full payment is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

2. Service Booking & Payment Policy

Information as listed under our forms under our policy info for services we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

The initial booking fee covers a detailed consultation session to review your requested service. Additional information may be collected through email or follow-up discussions as needed.

If you choose to proceed, the designer will maintain communication throughout the project timeline. A final invoice will be issued upon completion and approval of the requested work.

Flexible payment arrangements may be considered on a case-by-case basis for all products and services; however, all payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe.

All work remains the intellectual property of My Rosy Creations until full payment has been received. Use of any completed work prior to confirmed payment may result in contract enforcement or legal action.

 

3. Portfolio & Showcase Content

This website may feature sample blogs, videos, graphics, or creative works displayed for portfolio and showcase purposes only. Some showcase content may include:

  • Edited video samples

  • Creative concept projects

  • Demonstration designs

  • Music overlays

  • Footage from licensed or publicly available sources

These materials are displayed solely for viewing, inspiration, and demonstration of creative capability. They are not for purchase, resale, redistribution, or monetary use.

Certain video content may contain music from third-party artists or AI-generated music created by members of our design team. Any such content is used for creative demonstration purposes only and not for commercial monetization.

 

4. Client Work & Originality

All client-based projects are created with originality and integrity in mind. Designers conduct research during the creative process to ensure that final designs are unique and not intentionally copied from other businesses, brands, or creators.

Clients may provide inspiration examples; however, final designs will not replicate or infringe upon existing copyrighted work, trademarks, or protected intellectual property.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the legal right to use any logos, images, text, or materials they provide for incorporation into their project.

 

5. Payment & Usage Rights

For any project intended for commercial or monetary use — including marketing materials, branding, promotional content, or business assets — full payment must be completed before final files are released for use.

Contracts issued between the designer and client will outline:

  • Scope of work

  • Usage rights

  • Payment terms

  • Timeline expectations

Final design files may not be used, distributed, published, printed, or monetized until payment has been finalized and confirmed. Use of any work without completed payment may result in contract enforcement or legal action.

6. Digital Products & Template Use

Premade templates and digital products sold through our website or third-party platforms (including Etsy) are provided as instant digital downloads. Purchase grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal or single-business use only.

Templates or Files that used for printable use is permitted as long as it is specifically listed under product description

All designs remain the intellectual property of My Rosy Creations. Files may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or claimed as original work.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution beyond the granted license may result in legal action.

 

7. Limitation of Design Services

My Rosy Creations does not provide legal services and does not create official legal documents for court proceedings, government filings, licenses, certifications, or regulated documentation requiring formal authorization. We also do not provide services for academic use.

Any document formatting services provided are strictly for informational, personal, or business presentation purposes only.

My Rosy Creations also does not create or reproduce designs that infringe upon copyrighted or trademarked properties, including well-known brands and corporations. Requests involving protected characters, logos, or brand elements for personal events may be declined in accordance with intellectual property laws.

An exception applies only when a client has independently purchased a properly licensed template through Canva. Customization services may be provided within the usage rights permitted by that platform.

For printed materials based on licensed templates, documentation may be included within the final file to assist with third-party printing requirements; however, final approval remains at the discretion of the print provider.

 

8. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
